– From 3 service providers: Fixed price of €350 excluding tax + 150 € VAT / supplier

- Brief to design together an event that suits you and suits you
- Creation of a complete concept and budgeting of the event
- Detailed report after each meeting and discussion on the progress of the project
- Relationship of trust established for more than 10 years with different suppliers
- 3D simulation of the event rendering
- Personalization of the event in your image
- Presence of the agency throughout the event: from assembly to dismantling
Pricing :
Administration fees: 100 € VAT
Coordination fees : 80 € VAT / hour
Representation fees during the event: 80 € VAT / hour
An estimate of the hours will be mentioned on the quote in the “Agency fees” section. Hours are billed based on actual hours worked
